Go to the Multiplayer tab, select Local Play or Play Online. Select the Create A Soldier tab and select the character that you want to customize. In the bottom left corner of the screen, there should be a “Customize [Your character’s name here]” line of text. Right beside that, it should show the corresponding button that you press to access the menu.
Now that you’ve navigated to the menu, a list of tabs will appear, allowing you to customize different things.
If you’re a newcomer and don’t see too many items here, don’t be discouraged.
As you progress through Multiplayer and use different guns, more equipment will be unlocked. There are small or big tasks that you must accomplish to unlock a certain piece of equipment, such as “Call in 125 Support SAT COMs.”, or “Get 500 kills with the Chrome Barrel attachment.” From this menu, you can also change your patch, background, and clan tag.
